| The 3rd Annual ON AND
OFF FREDERICKSBURG ROAD STUDIO TOUR, organized by Bihl Haus Arts, is
scheduled for February 19-20.2011. Our goal is to highlight the
quality, variety, and sheer numbers of professional artists and
musicians who live and/or work in the Los Angeles Heights, Keystone,
Beacon Hill, Monticello Park, Jefferson, Woodlawn or Alta Vista
neighborhoods. VISUAL ARTISTS: Do you have a working art studio on or off Fredericksburg Rd. in a participating neighborhood? Then we are looking for you! All media welcome. Live in the area, but your studio is elsewhere? That's O.K! We’re arranging alternative exhibition spaces on and off Fredericksburg Rd. where you can exhibit your work. MUSICIANS: Do you live in a participating neighborhood? Then we are looking for you, too! All musical forms/genres will be considered for performances that enhance our studio tour of visual artists. OTHER ART FORMS will be considered on a case-by-case basis. GALLERIES/ALTERNATIVE SPACES are also eligible to participate. Please see Gallery/Alternative Space form available on the tour website. Exhibition spaces just outside the neighborhood boundaries will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. 2010 participants must apply but they are pre-approved to participate.
